Or maybe even the Rotary RFP9?

After much help on this forum, checking out lifts any where I could, taking numerous factors into consideration, mainly factory and local service support, many layouts on my floor with painters tape, measuring, parking my car, measuring some more, parking my car some more, moving the car and measuring some more, moving my truck in, measuring again, drinking beer and staring at the area with the taped up floor and no car, drinking more beer and staring at the taped out spot with a car and then the truck, and then the car again, scouring the internet for all info and opinions. Bugging the living Sh*t out the local service rep...I am about 98.5% sure I have decided on a lift. It appears that the Forward EFP9 is the winner. I do have a few questions that I would like to ask an actual owner of one. I am told the Rotary RFP9 is the exact same lift as the forward, so if someone has one of those and was willing to answer a few questions I would really appreciated it.

Questions I cants seem to find an answer too , or that I trust the answers I found on line, which is where I would like to have a real live owner give some input on. And man, added bonus points, and a case of beer of your choice, if anyone is located in the Bucks County PA area and has one of the above and wouldn't mind me coming for a very short visit....well, that would be the ultimate!!!

Question 1, can one side of this unit be flush, or almost flush to a wall, the foot of the unit pushed up to a wall, just one side both posts. Trying to maximize a fairly small garage, and that would help.

Question 2, How many anchor bolts are needed perf post? And if the answer is 4, would having just the front 2 bolts anchored on each post be sufficient? it is meant as a free standing mobile lift, so my guess would be yes.

Question 3, what is the adjustment interval height between locking points? Like if the max locking height is 80 inches, what is the one under that?

TIA!!!

I'd like to hear from you if you have a recommendation for a light duty 4-post lift.
