Does anyone have any information about this box?

I picked this up for no real good reason today, I have plenty of drawer space right now, and no dedicated space for this box, but the top box looked nice enough, but the bottom is pretty worthless for the space it takes up.

its a pretty sturdy box, but the top of the bottom box is slightly caved in. is this something worth fixing up a bit, or should I pass it on to someone else?

A friend of my dads was a ford dealer in central Illinois in the early 70s I think I recall a toolbox like this so some tool vendor must have repped them and this guy didn't buy junk so the quality was good for the time
