Look up reviews on Wiha screwdrivers from this forum. I own them and would say they are some of the strongest tips out there. Lots of people love them! Top quality.

I have a 7pc torx set like those. I like them a lot. I have them in my service van. I like my Snap On set in my shop box better but these were much les money. I like the Snap-On instinct handles better is what I should say. Because I don't think the business end is any less quality on the Wiha set.

I like the grip shape better than snap-on.

white logo/name on the handle come off very easy.

I have a drawer full of name-brand screwdrivers (SO, Craftsman, Hazet, Stanley) and I'll reach for the Wiha every time. The tips are accurate and strong, and the handle is nicely shaped and grippy.

Take a closer look at the online catalog - there are several series within the Soft Finish line. The set you linked to is their standard offering, but there are others that are heavier-duty, with hex shanks and striking caps.

In any case, they are a good value for a satisfying tool to use.

Wiha for drivers, IMHO. Ask 10 techs and you'll get 10 answers. Fit and function can be very subjective.

I got quite a few of those drivers. That is their entry level line, they are very good. I have some of the 500 series Wiha and they exceed my SO quality imho. I also have some of the Felo 400 series and love the grip on them. Can't go wrong with Wiha,Felo or Wera also if you want the best get you some PB Swiss, they are amazing.

I find Wera's standard Kraftform handles to be a litttttle bit small. They feel nice in the hand but I find myself wishing they were 10% larger and I think they'd be just perfect then. I don't have any experience with the Wihas like you have listed though. All my precision mini screwdrivers and torx drivers for doing electronics repair though are Wiha and they work great.

Have had that set for almost two years- love them. Still have my Craftsman in the same drawer, and if I can't find one of the Wiha's, I'll take the time to look for it, rather than use the C-man that sitting right there. Should probably just give the C-man sets away since I choose to not use them at all. Can't go wrong, and they're not that pricey, either.

I don't feel these handles are as comfortable as a Snap On Instinct. That triangle shaped Instinct handle just gives you more torque to crack stuff free. When you hold these in your hand, they feel great. But not so great when trying to crack a brake disk retaining screw loose.

Pro mechanics polled by Snap On preferred the hard grip instinct over the soft. The rubber on these is similar to the soft grip instinct. I personally don't mind the soft grips, but they do get dirty and can be tricky to clean.

The Wiha lack the hex bolster Snap On and other truck tools offer. Used that more times than I can count. The quality of the tips are good however.

If you were an electronic tech, maybe these would be a good choice, tho my first choice for an electronic tech would be a Snap on ratcheting screwdriver.

For the price, you can get a good set of Instincts. Sometimes you can get luck and get a free ratcheting handle with the 8pc set on special. That would be my pick over this set.

They do offer variants with hex bolsters, with or without striking cap, different grip finishes,...
I don't think I have ever used the hex bolster on one of my screwdrivers though, I think for those tough jobs you're better off with a ratchet + bit socket or in the case of those brake disk screws an impact driver..

I've got a couple different sets of Wiha. I have the Wiha extra heavy duty microfinish set as well as the Wiha extra heavy duty soft finish set.

They are incredible screwdrivers...you won't be disappointed in them.
