Does anyone know for certain what the Snap-On max torque spec was for the FAR72B?

Some people selling the Snap-On FAR72B 3/8" Drive Heavy Duty Air Ratchet report a 60 ft-lb max torque and others report a 70 ft-lb max torque.

Does anyone know for certain what the Snap-On max torque spec was for the FAR72B?
