Does anyone know how to restore cracked leather?

I recently picked up a well used Ekornes Stressless recliner for about $100 bucks. If you are not familiar with these, they typically sell for several thousand dollars new! Unfortunately the leather on the arms of the chair is starting to crack. Does anyone here have experience in restoring cracked leather? I will take pictures of the leather when I get home. Thanks in advance!

I am not sure how exstensive the damage is, but SEM sells a compound and graining tools which should be of use. They also have good videos to get you started.

cracks in the surface or split open

if theyre in the surface you can sand and re dye the leather , ive done it on car seats and it works pretty good

if its split open then yes there are fillers but i would get someone to sew in some new leather on those areas
