Does anyone know if this is a vehicle lift?

Can anyone tell if this is a vehicle mid lift? It is from an auto body shop, so I assume it is, but I don't have a chance to look at it in person.

At first it looked more like a multipurpose lift table. But with what looks like flip out arms there it might be? Those arm do look a little thin, and the hydraulic lines also look awful small.

I can tell you that if it is a car lift there is absolutly no way I would work anywhere near a car propped up on the thing..

Looks like a welding table top or something like that .

It looks more like an appliance or heavy object mover sort of like a pallet jack.

No way I would be anywhere near that heap with a car on it...maybe a lawnmower
