Yes I found the similar Snap-on version. But even the Gray Canada museum doesn't have any info on this one. I know for certain it was made in the 1930s as a specialty tool. Does not appear in any of their catalogs.

Nice find. T handle with revolving grip. It's on the 1950 catalog at archive.org. Scroll Down to the combination tool kits and there it is, shown several times.

In the individual tools section it looks like a cross bar rather than twisted handle. Could just be artist rendering, or transition period. Who knows.
