How about saving your card data on your computer.

i did that on my work laptop. it crashed and lost everything. I have back up as im bus mechanic at a school but i dont use. I just like the idea of buying a new card then i could give old card to wife for one of those picture frame deals. We have a home computer but i havnt used it in years. I dont know what the answer is but i have lost pictures before.
