It looks like FigureItOut figured it out. :bounce:

I've been keeping a casual eye on this thread because I too wanted to know what the item was. I have to admit, I'm a bit disappointed now that I know. No wonder I've never seen one before. What a pointless tool. A handle to put on the open end of a ratcheting wrench to assist you in ratcheting?:lol_hitti

It can be used like a hand crank as if you were to start an old car or machine, trailer jack, etc.

Great work , FigureItOut! I also got this reply from SNA:
This tool was sold in a short time with a set of ratchet combination keys 41RM. Screw key u-end of the handle, pivot ring end of 90 degrees, and on the bolt. If you then hold the handle, you can use the tool as a ratchet. Hope I explained in an understandable way. The easiest way is probably to try it yourself.

Probably not a huge sales success... :D

I think you roll the knurled end along the rim of an apple pie crust to make those neat little crimping marks. The non specialty pastry tool people still use a fork to do this operation.

Engage open end of combo wrench on shaft, tighten collar, ratcheting end goes on fastener, and you have essentially a pass through ratchet with extension.

Actually......The Banks kit for the Ambassador refit added the field modulator for the dilythium crystals concentration injection system. I think that handle is for the field array adjustment.

Dont u guys read the NCC-1701 updates?

NCC-1701 wasn't an Ambassador class. Now, my name isn't Jim, and I know you're a doctor, not an engineer, but c'mon....:D
