does anyone know who makes these for lowes?

i have some kobold socket rails like this one:

and i was wondering who made them. it is not that i am looking for a cheaper source, i dont think they are overpriced, rather i am looking for some for 3/4" socket rails.

i bought a package of ernst 3/4" twist lock plastic clips, hoping they would fit, but the clips are too large for the rail. i know i can just buy the rails form ernst, but i like being able to put the clips on both sides.

They look like the ones I get from Princess Auto, which is the Canadian Harbour Freight.
