Does anyone make a good wire wheel for a 1/4 air grinder?

I love my new air grinder, but does anyone make a wire wheel for it that doesn't just come apart after 20 minutes?
Same with like sanding disks. I'm trying to fix some rust spots on my jeep and while the tool is amazing, the attachments ****.

I have the 1/2" wire brush and 2" hollow cup, all rated for 20,000 rpm
Very nice, made in USA, not a single strand on my shirt.

At high rpm's the wires 'expand' (think of a scared cat), so be aware at tight corners to feather the throttle, if you get trigger happy, and hit the full rpm, the brush will expand and hit the corners, edges and will distort. It will not come apart, but you really want to use the tips of the brush slightly grazing the surface. Definitely adjust the regulator on the compressor or the grinder.

Roloc Surface Conditioning Discs.

These things work great for rust, removing gasket material, general surface prep. They are designed specifically for the air die grinders. There are many different materials available for different applications and are available at most auto parts stores.

That's exactly what I am looking for :) Thanks.

I have a couple of those pads, but they just fling off their attachment once I get anywhere close to speed.

I've always used the wire wheels coated with rubber or whatever it is. I've only heard them called Mule Skinners.

I don't think I have ever seen one like that..

and I don't think I would try them on a mule either.....

buy 3m ones, they are a metal pad holder, and the discs are held on by a metal clip. they will not fly off or break off their holder. the only problem is you get them so hot sometimes from continual use that you have to peel them off the backing somewhat to spin them off because they sometimes melt onto the pad a little from hard use.

best disc out there are 3m ones.
