Does anyone make a shallow+standard socket set only?

Hey all,

I already have a Sunex deep socket set, but while working on my car those sockets often don't have a lot of clearance.

I'd like to get some shallow and standard sockets, but don't really want a bunch of rail clips sitting out all over the place. Would prefer just one blow-molded case with everything in there.

I don't need anything fancy like snap-on, but nothing crappy either.

It seems like I only find:
- standard only sets
- deep only sets
- shallow only sets
- shallow + deep sets

but no shallow + standard sets! Anything like that exist?

Looking for $2-$3/socket, 6-point, and a full set with no missing sockets from maybe 8-19 or 20mm.

Try sears, there is a Craftsman set with the items you want. This time of year there is usually a sale on tools, look for it. Do not bother even going onto the Sears website, it is a clusterbomb to say it in the nicest way. It is faster for me to drive to the store than to search the website. It is that bad.

Is it a shallow + standard set only? Or a bigger set with a bunch of extra stuff in it?

Look for impact sockets. Dual purpose and generally packaged the way you seem to want.
