Sure would like a set of wrenches built to these specs.

6pt box end X 6 pt box end ratcheting, zero offset, med to long beam length.

Where these ever made?

I don't know of any made to those specs. The only ratcheting (i'm talking fine toothed, not those ancient laminated dinosaurs) six point wrenches I'm aware of are SK, MAC Edge, and Carlyle. None of those coupled a ratcheting boxed end with a fixed 6 point boxed end.
However, if you can get by with spline boxed ends (both flex and fixed), Gearwrench and MATCO offer extra long versions.
