I just got this in and not sure if it’s missing screw or not

Kudos to Astro , 2ish hrs from the time of the post , an issue rectified .
Only time I dealt with Astro was for parts for my pneumatic paint shaker and I was impressed with the service .
Kinda makes you wonder why OP wouldn't reach out to the company instead of a tool forum first... Regardless, I agree - kudos to Astro, I'm a happy user of several of their products.

If you have any time spent on the forum you'll be familiar with the Astro rep. Hell, that's one reason I like Astro so much. I wish there were more rep's from more companies on here.

Their response beats Milwaukee's customer service or some of the other companies that either won't respond or refuse to help you. At least in my experience. I mean why offer an e-mail or a phone number if you're not going to respond or call back?
