Does anyone produce US-made 3/4" drive, 6pt regular (non-impact) sockets?

I've been wondering if there are any companies that produce US-made 3/4" drive regular (not impact) 6-point sockets?

Not that I need them, but I've just noticed that the larger the drive size, the more likely you are to just find 12-point regular sockets. I've seen some 3/4" drive 6-point regular sockets over at Tractor Supply Co, but they appear to be foreign made. Would this have something to do with weight, or just the quality of the steel?

The larger you go, the less likely you are to round off the nut with a 12pt. That's why 6 points start to get scarce in larger sizes... that, and you're also more likely to use a large breaker bar on very large fasteners, so the 12pt makes life easier.

I once talked to Wright tool about some of the peculiarities in their lineup (lack of certain socket sets) and they said that they only make what the customer demands, and there just isn't demand for certain things.

I've always only seen 12 point sockets when it came to large applications in oil fields.
