The printing on the cutters is mostly worn away so that the lettering only shows at certain angles.
Of note, about 6" long, Has a set screw that prevents the cutting edges mashing past each other.
I was thinking maybe old Snap-on since it is out of that mechanic's estate I am sorting through, but having tried several permutations of what the letters look like, I am drawing a blank.
sort of looks like 8G0CCP or 8G0CCP
USA is clear to see.
Any ideas?

I have the exact same ones but no idea who/where they’re from. I believe I found them at my grandma’s house.

Is the screw adjustable? Just wondering if it's so they can be used as wire strippers or something similar?

Those look like Flush or Semi-Flush cut cutters, made for use for cutting soft wire for electrical use, or for trimming plastic and other soft materials.
Springs and set screws were and are somewhat standard on some of these cutters.
Companies like Crescent and Erem used to make this type, and currently some Japanese manufacturers seem to specialize in them.
The product number does sound like Snap-On.

Now that you mention it, true flush makes sense.
Only sharpened on the inside.
Outside is convex to enable to cut off flush to surface.
