Does anyone recognize this cabinet?

This cabinet is coming up for auction locally. It appears to be a handy size. Does anyone recognize the brand/maker? While I am not an expert it doesn't appear to be vidmar or lista. There is a hospital in the area and I am wondering if this may be an old supply cabinet from there.
