is this one any better then their new Craftsman 19.2volt impact gun?

It looks like one of the older Professional series cordless tools from Craftsman. Never experienced this one for my self. But I have a 18v Craftsman Professional drill that is the same style. Its much better quality vs. the 19.2 drill they now make.
