Does Insulation Brand Even Matter?

I found some brand of insulation I have never heard of before at a local building supply surplus store. It's a lot cheaper than the stuff at the local box stores for R-19 kraft faced, which I am using for the walls of my barn. I'd love to save money, but is there any reason why a brand name insulation would be a better choice than a discount-store unknown brand?

Type matters: Mineral wool, fiberglass, cellulose, faced/unfaced, etc.

But brand doesn't really make much of a difference from what I've seen.

Like forcefed said, brand doesn't matter, just the type you need. attic, wall, floor, etc are different in little ways. I just had the attic done, it was bare clean up there, and made a HUUUUUUGE difference. If you can, go bigger. thicker the better.
I suggest fiberglass for attic, cause you can move it easily if need be.
