As far as I know Matco is the only ones I've seen carrying a wrench setup like that. I've always wanted to get a set in my hands to see how they were. Seem interesting but not sure how useable since there is only the closed/boxed ratcheting end. The flex head and no slip handles look nice though.

SRFBZXLM102T is Matco's full chrome fixed box end version of those wrenches, which I think is a little better, longer, and more practical. Though I think the price is ridiculous, beyond SO even. Those soft-handled wrenches Matco makes are Taiwan, and I'd imagine these new chrome wrenches are too (since they flex).
