Does SO make a 16mm FD+ angle spanner?

I have the discontinued 10-15 and 17, would like a 16mm to complete it.

Yes. SVSM16

You will have to watch ebay and eventually one will show up. I bought one not too long ago for $25 shipped.

You could also try a 5/8" wrench SVS20. It is a tiny bit smaller .625 vs. .630 (16mm) but due to bolt head tolerances you should be OK. There is one of those available right now for $23.
