I have a milwuakee 2763 that i have been using as my primary impact gun for about 4 months. I work mostly on medium duty trucks, and i make the milwuakee work hard for sure.

My battery stopped working last week, i believe it shook it self apart the screws at the back of the battery case have broken and the case is opening up. I applied some electrical tape and a bit of glue to hold it together, but it still would only work if i held the battery in place with my hand.

I tried to warranty the battery, but have been denied based on physical damage.(i know i probably should not have tried to tape it up first). i dont remember dropping it or anything like that, all my other fuel tools have been great. I do feel like the battery gets a very good shaking when using the gun hard.

Anyone else feel that thier battery is losening up either at the case screws or the spring clips that hold it together

thanks
