Does this Electric Tyre Inflator work?

I found new inflator look interesting.

12V 150PSI Rechargeable Air Pump. No more information but sounds new tech?

The 12 volt (car battery) versions of these pumps that I have seen are "gadgets" meant to flatten your wallet rather than fix a flat tire. They had nylon gears that stripped after only a few uses.

Probably works OK for a bicycle or sports balls. Maybe topping off a small tire but I doubt it.
