Does this outlet exist?

I have been trying to find an outlet that has a single power receptacle and an ethernet jack.
I've got an infloor box that currently has a standard double outlet receptacle and I plan to run a network line to it.

This is the closest things I can find but won't work for me.

This would be perfect but don't think it will work w/ my current box

I have scanned the Leviton catalog and did not see anything utilizing a single gang unit. Many companies have floor box systems, but none I see use a single gang combo type device.

Furthermore, the image you have posted above does not include Ethernet either, it's voice grade phone wire and jack.

The line voltage and Ethernet need to be well separated to avoid data interference on the network side. Usually, floor boxes have separate cavities for each type of wiring to enter, with a metallic divider to shield the data wiring. For this reason, I do not think you will find a single-gang receptacle with one power and one Ethernet.

Got it, it's made by Carlon/E971FB.

Your right, I was just using the picture as an example of what I was looking for but with an ethernet jack of course.

Yup. That's why you can't do that with your current box. You'd have to switch to a box specially made for that purpose, and not just change the cover plate.

While this certainly good practice, it is not mandatory. I don't know if the NEC allows mixing low voltage and line voltage in the same box.

The most common form of Ethernet in use today (10BASE-T/100BASE-TX) uses 2 twisted pair of wires (so only 4 of the 8 wires in the cable are actually used) with differential transmitters/receivers. This electrical configuration is extremely noise tolerant.

On top of that, the Ethernet protocol includes extra "bits" to be used for error checking and correcting. If the packet is extremely corrupt, it will be re-transmitted.

Go to Carlon's website & search for floorbox accessories, there may be a barrier avail. to separate the data & line voltage conductors/jacks/receptacle, one cannot mix different manufacturers floorbox parts though, and if concrete has been poured already, you may have issues as this should have been settled prior to pouring concrete.

PS I like Hubbell floorboxes much better.

Per the NEC you can't mix low voltage and line voltage wiring, aka data / phone / cable and 120V+ in the same box or conduit. Besides the noise being a problem imagine someone going to splice a phone line and getting 120v across their body because the line was shorted to 120v upstream.
