#655 Doesn't seem very old. Theres still parts available online. Wondering if it has any value. I can get it for $20 which is nothing but already have 3 other old vise's pre WW1 as I like the old stuff and don't need it. More for collecting. I'm thinking not

I'm like you, i like older vises and stay away from the newer ones with the little anvil surface on top (not sure why, they just seem hokey and cheap to me), but for $20 I would still pick it up and add it to the empire of dirt.

$20 buy it for a beat on vise, maybe table outside under the lean to, bumper of truck

that looks way nice for a vice- even the jaws look minimally used- I would think its worth 20- but I don't think i would beat it-it just seems wrong since its so nice

$20 is a no brainer.

Mount it on a steel post/ rim for a moveable vise, inside or outside work.



Does USPS make a flat rate box big enough ?

i bought a new yost about six months ago, its already about ten different colors. I use my vise painting beating welding . it aint pretty no more
