Does your flooring feel sticky when a cold front blows in? My garage gets a noticeable sweat when cold fronts start to blow in and also inside my home I have linoleum tile and it seems to get a little sticky.. Inside is what I worry about because it makes dirt and debris stick to your socks.. I am in process of slowing pulling up linoleum tile and just see concrete slab under it.. I plan on going with ceramic tile but before I do this is there something I could put to serve as a moisture barrier before putting the ceramic tile so flooring will not sweat or will ceramic tile be enough to keep floor from sweating? I assume there was never a moisture barrier put down on the flooring when concrete slab was placed? Home was built in 1970s.. Please give your input.. thanks
