It is only a hot deal if it is worth owning. I do own one, I don't feel to bad about it as it was free, but its not worth 99 cents. It is an udder and complete waste of space under the seat in my truck.

If it's marketed by Craftsman and it's supposed to replace a whole bunch of tools with one, it's probably a waste of time and money. Typical Sears, only on sale for Father's Day. Sorry dads!!

Oooh...let me run out and get one! Not.

These things always go on sale around Father's Day and Christmas for years to be given to unsuspecting men.

I suppose if you have nothing at all, they may be OK for very occasional use for small household stuff where clearance or high torque isnt' an issue.

I love these things.
If you study the clever design you can clearly see that you can easily rotate it to the appropriate size socket that will fit perfectly into the ear of the person that you smack in the side of the head for giving it to you.
