Oh boy was last night interesting. The top soil arrived so final grade should be soon.
So we went to paint the floor last night. I have a Rock Solid single gray kit and a double gray kit. My floor was saw cut into 9 equal squares so I knew one kit should cover 3 of them so I grabbed the single kit and we started, if it didn't cover the three squares I was going to high tail it to Home Depot and grab another one. It DID cover the 3 squares (200 sq ft) perfectly so I knew we had enough product. So we opened the double kit and started on the next square, I poured some out and OH NO, it was dark gray instead of light gray. NO WAY, OMG.......packaging was correct but the content was wrong. My wife called Rustoleum to complain as I drove to Home Depot to buy more 'correct' color product. She was on hold for 35 minutes waiting. So they opened a case. We had to send pics showing it was incorrect color, showing the packaging was the same and a pic of our receipt. Apparently they are going to refund us all of our money we've spent, I guess a check in the mail maybe? Not sure we'll find out I suppose. It turned out really nice, I'll get some pics.
