My "Sanctuary"....we refuse to use the term "Man Cave"
It is 20x30 and is INSIDE of my 30x50 stick built barn, which has the same desert grain vinyl siding on it that the house and 2 yr. old 16x20 garage I had built for my VETTE.
It has a 22 ft. long x 3.5 ft wide x 6 ft. deep cement/block lines pit,
and o' course a fridge, surround sound, pool table on swivel casters for easy moving, & Harley & 'Vette schtuff (Have a '5 Electra Glide Classic & '79 'Vette coupe that I've completely rebuilt front & rear suspensions, and JUST brought it back home after having a 450 hp eng. installed!!

Looks like a great hangout. Do you move the pool table out of the way when using the pit, or do you have another way of getting underneath your vehicles?

Matt.....a "Fellow Michigander!"

Yes, I move the pool table...It has 4 HEAVY DUTY swivel casters mounted to a heavy 2x8 that is on a swivel bolt mounted to a 2x10 I bolted to the table. When I want to move it, I simply put my motorcycle left under 1 end, raise up the table just enough to swivel the casters off of the floor, then remove a bolt that allows the caster to be raised up....then install the bolt in a hole in the board, do the same to the opposite end of the table, and PRESTO....it's ready to play pool! U can see the caster in the 1st pic on my 1st post.

Just where in SE Mi. are you? (I'm south of Coldwater, only .4 mile from Ind. border just east of I-69

So . . . Why the name Dogmeat?

Could of went with Red Rocket and sounded cooler, unless that name was taken.

:)

What's the rest of the pole shed used for?

During a "dirty clubs" card game, I stopped a bud's
shooter...he just yelled out "Damnit Dogmeat, you fukked me up!"

; ^ ) ]

It's not a "pole shed"...it's a STICK BUILT 30'x50' barn, and the rest is used for my wife's car, & all kinds o' misc. yard stuff, & garage/house apparatus.

Great mobile base for the pool table, I have not ever seen that before! :)

I have been out that way on the chain of lakes in that area, Waffle Farm campground is a great place. I am out amongst the cornfields around Ann Arbor.
