Doing my second garage and need some PRO opinions

Hey guys, about 3 years ago I did my first garage with epoxy from epoxy-coat.com and right now what used to be grey is pretty much all yellowish, at my new house I'd like to get something that can resist the sun better.
I am located south Florida and my new garage is facing west. The garage size is 380sqft.

Hi, what you experienced is normal since epoxies are not UV tolerant, plus you probably did not use a uv protrcted topcoat.

For your application we would recommend our non yellowing one part SPGX Polyurea since this won’t yellow under your high sun exposure. We sell this in kits if desired.

An epoxy even with a uv protection can yellow over time.

What ever epoxy system you go with, top coat It with that manufacturers urethane/polyurethane. I’ve put everything on top of everything, sometimes with mixed results (Psx over armour seal, pitthane ultra over mega seal, solvent based over 100 percent solid, etc, etc) and by rule I tend to stay with manufacturers unless the price point ***** or their product is hard or finicky to apply. salvage that other floor by abrading (or using PPG’s epoxy surface conditioner) and topcoating with a good urethane. Use a notched trowel if your floor is smooth and level and roll it if you sold the house to an exwife.

Great advice, always try to stick,with the same mfgr for your project since if you have a problem you won’t have a warranty and could be lots of finger pointing!

Yes that will happen.
We have a UV Stable product and we are located in FL too.
