There was a video that was an ad on a YouTube video I was looking at, but can't find a link to just the video. On the video, like most videos, looks like it works quite well.

But anyone own or tried these? Any good?

If you can't dress the end of a mangled bolt, with a file, it's time to toss it and use new. Lots of the hardware I deal with, that would remove the cad plating on it and render it worthless.

I was dumb enough to purchase one. POS. Touch it up with a grinder and follow up with a thread restoring or 3 square file.

I haven’t tossed mine yet. Keeping it around as a reminder to THINK before hitting the “BUY” button.

I've read several accounts that it's grade A dookie. That's unfortunate because it looks handy.

That's too bad, on the video they look really good and practical. I guess lLike many infomercials, the videos look great but the product under performs or are just plain garbage. The odd time, some of these videos or infomercials actually live up to what you see.
