Hi. Although I registered 6 months ago, I was the typical lurker until this point... reading, learning and drooling. While I will continue doing those things in the future, I figured I will introduce myself.
I live in Canada, far-far north. That mean that we have amazingly cold and long winters, perfect for sledding. But it also means that certain shopping options are limited. Tools here mean whatever is available at the local Canadian Tire or the Sears Catalog... or pay an arm and a leg for shipping.
It's not a big deal for me. From 9-5 I'm member of the cubicle mafia and wrenching/my workshop is only a hobby when I have time. My shed is 16x20 with a wood stove, but without a garage/cargo door. I hope to change that during the summer.
