Donor Handles

Starting to look for donor handles at the flea market. I don't really come across too many snap-on handles, but I do see SK and MAC screwdrivers frequently. Does anybody know if these handles are press fit or injection molded? Any other brands that I should look out for that are press fit and work well for hard handle conversions?

MAC are injection molded I beleive but you can remove the shank from the handle fairly easy the nubs on the shanks aren't very deep like 1/16"
