LOL you should have seen the scams on yelps (on some article few years back)....but if there are multiple source verifying the OP's frustration... something might not smell right though.
I understand that was just saying in general.
I had that yelp **** happen to. I had customers try to manipulate me to do something or they would give me a “negative review” many times.

I called and reversed charges on my credit card and then called heat and cool trying to resolve this he got pissed said he will get his money he never lost a cc chargeback.. Sad part is i been saving for awhile to get a good unit .. Got hvac guy lined up man and its 95 outside...
He's not telling the truth. AmEx makes it very hard for businesses to win.
Even Visa/MC, typically a "tie" (can't tell for sure) goes to the consumer.
im telling truth why am i being held over fire if you got the same **** i did and same response i did you would reverse charges to if you dont your stupid there compays every day screwing people out of there money look at any of there reviews ..
