Door Hinge Wrench?

Hey guys,
I'm about to attempt to set the gaps on my Volvo doors before I blow it apart for paint. I don't have a wrench that will reach into the space behind the fender where the four 1/2" hex head bolts hold the "A" pillar section of the hinge. Does anyone make a set of "door" wrenches that I just don't know about, or do I have to cut and weld something up myself? See attached photos.
Thanks in advance for any help.
Alan

It doesn't adjust on the body of the vehicle? If anything take off your fenders to get at them. You should start with the doors and then do fenders and hood for your gaps, so removing them shouldn't be a problem.
