Door install on metal building

I have a metal building garage that needs a regular door. I'm not familiar with metal garages so what would be the best way to install a door? There's a single horizontal beam that is about 7ft high. (see pic)

Do I use metal framing or wood framing? Any good DIYs?

I'm posting pictures of what it looks like outside and inside. thanks!

Depends on the door. Get one from a metal building supplier, and the frame has flanges. You make the cut out and install it, screw the sheet to the flanges of the frame, set anchors in the slab to attach the base to the slab, a top flange meets the wall girt and screws to it, and you are done.

Using some other kind of door, you will have to wood frame with something like 2x6's to set the door frame in, and make your own outside trim.
