Door Opener Mounting Ideas

Anyone got any good ideas for mounting a garage door opener and tracks other than the normal perforated angle? Getting ready to redo my garage and I want to do corrugated tin on the ceiling. I'd like to be able to clean up the door install beforehand. I've seen Thunder Mounts, but they're kinda pricey. I thought about making my own mounts out of pipe but figured I'd see if anyone here had invented the wheel already.

I found a thread with some great ideas but it's been a long time so I couldn't even direct you towards it. I'll keep an eye on this one though, I would love to clean them up in our new house.

+1 have had two of these for years. Great units. Also if you have the ceiling height, do the high lift mod on your doors and get them up to the ceiling. Really opens up the space and will allow you to put a lift in if you are a car guy.
