Door plunger bolt for exterior gate?

Hoping for some assistance in sourcing a door plunger bolt that would stand up to full exposure outdoors. I am building a steel gate of rec tube. The gate will need electric lock release, and the end result must be extremely "clean". Nothing protruding, or "attached". I have an electric door strike rated to meet the requirements, but I need a plunger bolt for the gate itself. The primary issue, is that the gate is fairly low, so someone could easily reach over and use a standard lockset handle on the inside. It needs to have no handles inside or out. Just slam-latch bolt going into the electric strike to release. I could likely get away with an escutcheon on the inside if needed to support the bolt.
Is there a bolt that does not require the rest of the lockset hardware?

maybe look through this online metal store .... like king metals... they sell a lot of gate stuff including hardware for gate.

Any lock set bolt will work without the handle hardware. You will want one with a dead latch. What kind of strike do you have?

weld a spring loaded pin in the gate frame to latch in to your strike
