Alright so I am not the most knowledgeable on building things at times.

But my garage door *****.

Its a wooden frame with steel siding on it and a door build into it and its one large piece.

It sags does not fit or seal very well.

So before I just rebuild a new one what is this type of door called and cant I get one reasonably priced? Or should I just rebuild it (does not look that hard)

Also what about just replacing it with a carriage style door?

They seem nifty and would give me some much needed headroom.

Thanks dudes.

Looks like it is really leaning to the left side, I think. You should see if you could take up a turn or maybe a 1 1/2 turns on the left side torsion spring. Should be fine.

How can you tell its leaning? Anyways not its sagging in the middle due to shoddy construction. Thanks for the input though.
