Door Seals

I have a wooden garage door from 1988, that I would like to replace the seals on. The bottom seal is nailed to the door. How would one remove this? Should I go for a bulb seal as a replacement ?

The side seals have too much of a gap. What can I get out there to close any and all air gaps?

Thanks!

Pull the nails, nail a new seal on. Replace the side seals. Yours are just old and hard. New ones will seal better because they will be flexible. Just make sure and push them snug against the door before you nail them on place.

The side seals do press into a channel inside the door frame.
