Walmart has clearance price (purchased online) Dorman 126 piece metric class 10.9 hardware kit (Dorman 799-305D). Advance Auto and Amazon both sell the kit for $13.99. Requires purchase of 9 kits to meet the $35 free shipping threshold, comes out to around 3.5 cents per piece, not sure how that compares to purchasing in larger quantity (1134 pieces for $37.53). Also of interest: StealthMounts Tool Mounts for Dewalt XR and flexvolt, 4 pack reduced from $25.41 to $6.46. So if you run Dewalt cordless, you could mix it up to meet the $35 free shipping mark...or maybe you could use a Rubbermaid Commercial bus tray reduced to $11.50 to bring it to $35

I wasn’t able to catch the deal as I researched it and it was done before I ordered but somewhere I read the pieces in that kit were made in Canada, not China or India.

Wrong read below….

ETA

I was wrong above. I looked again and it was Amazon where it said it was made in Canada in their description but on the back of the container says made in China.

Nice to hear a positive reaction to Dorman products. Typical responses are negative.
I've used a fair bit of Dorman graded fasteners over the years without problems. Just about every independent auto parts store I can remember, and a small local chain (San Antonio), all used to have a big set of Dorman fastener cabinets/drawers along a wall and that's where all of mine came from.

That was in the old days. Today in most auto parts stores and ask for a 10mm bolt that is 16mm long, the kid in high school behind the register will say he can’t look it up that way and tell you you must give him the year, make, model and application.

Thanks for the update!

I always fill my order with misc house stuff to for store pick up to get to the free shipping for my 6 boxes of bolts. I just use misc stuff like snack, sandwich, quart, bags, “Kleenex”, etc to round out my order.

Out of stock again. Thanks for posting OP as that would have been great timing. I really needed these but had to wait until I got home to order. Big mistake with the GJ crowd! I'll check again in the morning and order for full price from Amazon.

My 9 boxes arrived. I think $37 was a bargain for over 1000 grade 10.9 metric nuts, bolts and washers in M6, M8 and M10 sizes with various lengths
Yea my sets all arrived today, even though the order said 10/22 arrival. Good value

mine came today. I ordered 3, then decided to order 3 more. Wondered why such a difference in box size? one had the 3 I ordered, the other had 9!
They are made in China, says on the individual item and also on the case box (of 5)

My person was smart enough to take one out of a case of 5 to send 9 (4 + 5). You lucked out!
