Dorman cabinet day

I don’t remember which post but I noticed a dorman parts cabinet. I wanted one....one. So I found

so what is the story on these cabinets, What did you have to pay for them?

I found them near Indy so about an hour away. I found the orange ones first..then as I was setting up a time to purchase the black ones with the bases came on Cl in Indy. About $260 for both sets. I bought a couple of Niehoff wall cabinets that were extra.

I wish that I had taken a picture of the wall of Dorman at the parts house that I used to work at in Berkeley back in the dark ages. It looked just like your great Dorman finds. Congratulations!

The Doorman cabinets are beautiful. I've almost gotten my hands on one several times but there was always some mishap.

Outstanding jackpot haul. You certainly **** at $260 for all of them.

I've been chatting with a buddy who was replacing an engine on a log splitter. He came to a grinding halt tonight because he needed a couple longer bolts and washers. Being Sunday night in rural America everything is closed.

Now he knows why I've got my own hardware collection.
