I purchased a set of these wrenches from I think tooltopia.

The set is missing both the 11m and 9mm size. They are spline drive.
The only wrench I could find was a Klutch from Northern tool. I had to buy two US sizes.
The 7/16 will fit 11mm and a 3/8 will fit a 9mm.
I've used a 11mm on a 7/16 six point a few times. I have a 3/8 flexible spline and checked it on a 9mm hex allen socket.As it fit good I purchased the two US sizes from Northern.
Its a shame they don't make a full range of sizes.
