Double Sided Tape on Glossy Dashboard Plastic

Hi. I use a Scoshe magnet mount to mount my phone in my vehicle. It works great and rock solid.

I just got a new Jeep and want to stick the magnet mount on my dash, but I can't get any of the 3 double sided tapes I've tried to firmly stick to this plastic. Each one has lasted less than a day, and that's AFTER cleaning with alcohol and wiping it well

Any other suggested methods or materials to use that won't ruin the plastic permanent

Might want to try a very high adhesive tape. Acrylic works well for the use case you have

vhb but for god's sake don't use alcohol to clean the plastic, it's going to eat through it. All the modern eco-plastics that car manufacturers use today will degrade from alcohol.
