Finally getting to reinstall my heater. Took it down and relocated due to drywalling and a new garage door installtion. It is coming time to put it back up and have a quick simple question.

Are all double wall pipes interchangeable? Meaning; I currently have two sections installed thru the roof from the old location up in the attic. I need some new pieces to get to the new location. Do I need to purchase the same name brand to run the new location so it all hooks/snaps together? Or is it made to a universal standard on how it goes together?

Needs to be the same brand, they all use there own unique design.
A few brands do make an adapter that will allow their pipe to connect with a different brand, the instructions with the adapter will list the brands it is rated to connect to.
Personally if the existing pipe was not available I would simply replace the sections of old pipe with new if they were accessible.

I agree. The manufacturer's safety certification, and warranty, require that the entire system be the same. I've even heard of manufacturers prohibiting the use of a competitor's cap.
