Downdraft table

Hello,

Does anyone have any experience with a downdraft table? If I'm working out in the garage in the summer, I really don't care if everything gets covered with dust from wood or metalworking, its easy to vacuum. Winter, my basement serves as the workshop because its heated. Dust gets over everything and is sucked up by the furnace. I am considering a downdraft table to do sanding on but have zero experience with them. Does anyone use one? Store bought or homemade? All input is appreciated

I'll be skimming them over when I build mine this coming Fall...
