Hi there, we also downsized from and recently relocated to North Carolina. Looking to build an attached 2 car garage to the home. Selling our 67 Camaro to free up space and funds. Just showed the wife your layout and she absolutely loved it. Once the Camaro is sold, it's off to the wetlands commission for a final blessing.

Your garage is just too nice for wrenching on rides. You need to go out in your back yard and pick a spot for a shop. You will need one if you are a hands on guy.
