No picture for this one, but I came into a box of broken SK ratchets recently. Some were stuck, some freewheeled. I sent SK customer service an email on Saturday night with the story, the model numbers, and my address and got an email back this morning saying my rebuild and repair kits (a mix of -2 and -9) were on the way.

Now THAT'S customer service.

It's also why all of my posts about SK tools are a little biased. I've never gotten this kind of treatment from any other tool company.

If you mean the old sockets on the 2nd page, they're going to get flipped. I'm not collecting things I won't use actively, and those lack both the socket shape and the size range I need. Plus, several are cracked. I appreciate the offer though!
