I don't have experience with that one in particular, but there are a bunch of cheap lights just like it, with all different weird names (and good reviews). I did buy a similar light, but non-folding, and it has worked well so far. The only weak point, in my opinion, is that most of them have built-in batteries. I'd rather be able to swap in another 18650 and keep working.
