I wanted an additional workspace for my basement wood shop, and i thought a drafting table would be a nice addition. I purchased three of these Neolt Poker Drafting Tables for $250 total. I set one up in my shop, I gave the second one to my buddy who helped me move them, and the third... Not sure yet.

New these things cost about $2400. All of them were in nice condition, the previous owner used them as computer workstations. These things are very heavy duty.

Nice! I have one in my kitchen. Use it as an island. It's nice to have a huge perfectly flat sturdy surface.

Darn, I have one I'm trying to get rid of. Didn't know it was worth THAT much. Mine has the drafting machine, an adjustable arm lamp and casters.

Guess I should keep it.

This is why people should be required to put a location on their profile - so we can come over and hound them for their EXTRA stuff.

Those are AWESOME! I'm so jealous.

Wow, that's beautiful! I still prefer doing my drawing by hand. Helps me understand it better.

You ****! Great score. Every time I look on c-list for one, they are really cheesy, or the nice ones are super expensive.

What a steal!

Nice, I remember doing technical drawing classes at school, that table doesn't have what we call in the UK a Parallel motion (the horizontal bar that slides up and down) I'd love something like a small maybe A3 table as I still draw stuff out by hand and it would be nice to be able to do it properly and accurately.

The ones i used in school were kind of like that but not on a center pedestal. Ours were equipped with the drafting arms with changeable scales and angle adjustment like a saw's mitre gauge. We also had the older slide parallel tables.

I enjoyed my drafting shop days. I was a ham handed letterer according to my instructor but otherwise was sound. Anyone else remembering using a Leroy set to letter?
